Ube-be Purp Champorado

Champorado usually made with cocoa powder. This time let's make it perfect for ube lovers out there! Don't worry it is still the same process of making champorado in your home. Yet, tinapa didn't left the group.

Ingredients:


- 1kg of malagkit rice

- 3/4 cups of coconut cream

- Ube flavoring

- Ube halaya

- Ube yam

- Sugar

- Evaporated milk


Procedure:

  1. Put the malagkit rice and rice in a pot over medium heat. Wait until it reach its boiling point

  2. Put the coconut cream and sugar. Simmer

  3. Add the ube halaya and yam, flavoring and a pinch of salt. Stirr

  4. Simmer it until you reach your desired consistency

  5. Ready to serve! Just add evaporated milk every serving

  6. Can be serve hot or chilled. Enjoy ube champorado!
