Hello! How are you? This week is hectic and challenging, but don't disregard your cravings. Eat and be full, you deserve it!
Are you craving for something that's healthy, but you're so tired and lazy to prepare and cook? Don't worry Zihalianel got your cravings.
This three (3) ingredients pancake is so easy to make. With only one banana, eggs and everyday oats. You can already make a delicious and healthy pancake. For detailed instructions you can continue reading!
Ingredients:
◽ 1 banana
◽ 1/2 cup oats
◽ 2 eggs
Instructions:
◽ Start by mashing the banana
◽ Add the eggs
◽ Add the oats
◽ Pinch of salt and cinnamon (optional)
◽ Mix everything until smooth
◽ Cook in a nonstick pan add a little butter over medium heat and place the mixed batter in the pan for about 2 minutes, until set. Make sure that the heat is not too high to avoid a burned pancake.
◽ Flip the other side and wait until it's cooked. Enjoy!

If you want your pancakes to be extra yummy, you can add a 1 or 2 table spoon of peanut butter for more flavor. But even if you don't put a peanut butter, this pancake will still be best for your cravings!
