Ha- Halabos na Hipon

Hungry? Wanna eat something worthy than instant foods? Hold tightly your tummy because you can prepare this kind of dish in just 20 minutes! Try this all time favorite by the seafood lovers - halabos na hipon and you'll surely love it (do not hesitate to comeback here at Zihalianel's kitchen if you missed something whether it is ingredient/s or procedure). Ingredients:


- 250 grams of fresh shrimp

- 5 garlic cloves

- 250 mL of lemon soda

- Salt

- Sugar

- Powdered pepper

- Parsley/onion chives (additional)


Procedure:

  1. On a wide heated pan with oil or butter, put in the garlic

  2. Add the shrimp. Maintain it on a low heat only to avoid overcooking. Stir

  3. Pour the soda, pinch of salt, sugar and pepper. Stir and simmer it

  4. Once the shrimp becomes orange, sprinkle the chopped parsley/onion chives

  5. Ready to serve, prepare your rice on your table! Enjoy but eat responsibly!
