Blazing & Cheesy Creamilicous Caldereta

Spicy lover? Cheesy lover? Love saucy dishes? Try this delightful recipe that suit for your taste. It might ruin your daily calories intake due to extra rice, but surely could satisfy your cravings. Let's upgrade the typical caldereta dish!

Ingredients:


- 1kg of beef/pork (cube chopped)

- 1 whole red onion

- 1/2 garlic cloves

- 1250 grams of tomato sauce

- 150 grams of all purpose cream

- 50 grams of tomato paste

- Tomatoes

- Carrots (cube cut/chunks)

- Potatoes (cube cut/chunks)

- Red chili (7 or more)

- Chili powder (additional)

- Bell pepper

- Powdered pepper

- Salt

- Sugar


Procedure:

  1. Boil the meat until it becomes tender

  2. On a separate wok, sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes and bell pepper

  3. Put the tendered meat together with its stock. Stir and simmer it

  4. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Stir

  5. Pour the tomato sauce, tomato paste, all purpose cream red chili and soy sauce. Stir and simmer it

  6. Put the carrots and potatoes. Simmer it

  7. Add the grated cheese

  8. Serve the upgraded caldereta on your table with rice. Enjoy!
